Booking Terms and Conditions

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• ·        Deposit of one night's stay must be received by Baidland Hill to secure your booking.

  ·        Deposit is refundable if booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the first day of your booking, minus a $20 administration fee. Balance of payment  to be paid on arrival.

  ·        Deposit is not refundable for Public or School holidays, Christmas/New Year or Easter, unless we can re-book for the same period. Balance is due 7 days before your arrival date during these periods.

  ·        Bookings cannot be shortened within 7 days prior to your arrival.   Prices are subject to change without notice.

  ·        Check in 2pm.

  ·        Check out 11am unless otherwise arranged. 

• Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.  Any guest found to be smoking inside will be responsible for costs incurred for drycleaning of soft furnishings, drapes washing of walls & carpet cleaning.

   

  Well behaved house trained pets are welcome at Baidland Hill Cottage.   As we have our own animals at Baidland Hill, pets must not be allowed to run around unsupervised.

   Pets are allowed inside the cottage but not on the furniture.  Any damage to furnishings or livestock  will be the responsibility of the guest.

•  All pet waste must be disposed of in the bin provided.

  All pets must be pre-booked. Pet owners must provide us with  a  current vaccination certificate.  

  We  offer a basic bath service.   This must be arranged prior to your stay.  Please contact us for pricing.
